Credentials and Contracts

Florida Medical Practice Management uses a network of contacts to maintain strong relationships with partners and governmental entities. This allows expedient resolutions to credential issues with our partners. We use a proactive approach to the issue, and ensure that your applications for participation and contracting are completed correctly. This includes remaining in contact with the Council for Affordable Quality Healthcare (CAQH), and the Provider Enrollment and Chain/Ownership System (PECOS) for updated requirements. Our credentialing contracting managers oversee every aspect of your needs here, and ensure the applications are done without an issue and submitted on time. This could also include reformatting the data to fit various forms used by carriers, hospitals, and other healthcare organizations. Our professional staff will remain in contact and available to you for any questions you may have. The database will reflect any changes in your status on either credentials or contracting status.
